This Privacy Policy describes how the Bunyan iOS app (“Bunyan,” “the App,” “we,” or “us”) handles information. Bunyan is a native iOS app for tracking property-related expenses. It is designed to work fully offline on your device.
Bunyan is published by AAE. We do not operate a Bunyan login service, account system, or backend that stores your expense data.

Bunyan stores the following information locally on your iPhone or iPad using on-device storage (including SwiftData):
This data stays on your device unless you choose to use iCloud sync (described below) or export files yourself.
If you are signed into iCloud on your Apple device, Bunyan can sync your app data across your devices using Apple’s iCloud / CloudKit. Sync is on by default when iCloud is available. If iCloud is unavailable or you are not signed in, Bunyan continues to work in local-only mode on that device.
iCloud sync is provided by Apple. We do not operate the iCloud service. Apple’s handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and your Apple ID settings.
Bunyan processes the following on your device:
These features do not send your receipts, imports, or corrections to a Bunyan server.
Bunyan may request the following permissions, only when needed for a feature you use:
You can deny or revoke these permissions in iOS Settings. Doing so may disable the related feature.
If you export data (for example CSV or PDF) or share files through the iOS share sheet, those files leave the App under your control. We do not receive those exports unless you send them to us yourself.
Bunyan is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a Bunyan backend, because we do not operate one.
Because data is stored on your device (and optionally in your iCloud account), you control retention. You can delete data inside the App, or remove the App from your device. If you use iCloud sync, manage or delete related iCloud data through your Apple ID / iCloud settings as needed.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.

قد يطلب بنيان الأذونات التالية فقط عند الحاجة لميزة تستخدمها:
يمكنك رفض هذه الأذونات أو إلغاؤها من إعدادات iOS. قد يؤدي ذلك إلى تعطيل الميزة المرتبطة.
إذا صدّرت بيانات (مثل CSV أو PDF) أو شاركت ملفات عبر ورقة مشاركة iOS، فإن تلك الملفات تغادر التطبيق تحت سيطرتك. نحن لا نستلم تلك الصادرات ما لم ترسلها إلينا بنفسك.
بنيان غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ (أو الحد الأدنى المكافئ في نطاقك القضائي). نحن لا نجمع عن علم معلومات شخصية من الأطفال عبر خادم خلفي لبنيان، لأننا لا نشغّل خادمًا كهذا.
بما أن البيانات تُخزَّن على جهازك (واختياريًا في حساب iCloud الخاص بك)، فأنت تتحكم في مدة الاحتفاظ بها. يمكنك حذف البيانات داخل التطبيق، أو حذف التطبيق من جهازك. إذا كنت تستخدم مزامنة iCloud، فأدِر أو احذف بيانات iCloud ذات الصلة عبر إعدادات Apple ID / iCloud عند الحاجة.
قد نحدّث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر. سيتغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» في أعلى هذه الصفحة عند ذلك. استمرار استخدامك للتطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على السياسة المعدّلة.
